Cancellation policy
Some CampOne products may be offered for pre-order before they are available for immediate fulfillment. This policy explains how pre-order payments, cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled.
Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is not currently available for immediate fulfillment or that may be scheduled for production or future inventory.
Depending on the purchase option available at checkout, you may:
- Pay the full purchase price at checkout; or
- Pay a 50% deposit at checkout, with the remaining balance due before fulfillment.
Estimated production, arrival, and availability dates are provided for reference only and may change due to manufacturing, transportation, customs, supply chain conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Pre-Order Cancellation Before Production
You may request to cancel a pre-order before the product has entered production.
If the cancellation request is approved before production begins, payments already made for the product will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to any applicable payment processing or non-refundable fees permitted by law.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
Pre-Orders That Have Entered Production
Once a pre-order has entered the production stage, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
This applies because production capacity, materials, vehicle-specific configurations, components, and other resources may already have been allocated specifically to your order.
Once production has started:
- The order cannot be cancelled.
- Deposits already paid are non-refundable.
- Full payments already made are non-refundable.
- A 50% deposit order remains responsible for the outstanding balance according to the agreed payment terms.
- Changes to the product configuration may no longer be possible.
We recommend reviewing your vehicle model, product configuration, side panel selection, and other order details carefully before placing your pre-order.
50% Deposit Pre-Orders
For pre-orders placed using the 50% deposit option:
- 50% of the product price is charged at checkout.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the product is released for shipment or warehouse pickup.
- If the order is cancelled before production begins and the cancellation is approved, the eligible deposit amount will be refunded.
- Once the product enters production, the deposit becomes non-refundable and the order may no longer be cancelled.
Full-Payment Pre-Orders
For pre-orders paid in full, the full product price is charged at checkout.
A cancellation may be requested before production begins. Once the product enters production, the payment becomes non-refundable and the order cannot be cancelled.
Changes to a Pre-Order
If you need to change your vehicle selection, side panel configuration, contact information, delivery method, or other order details, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes requested before production begins may be accepted subject to product availability and feasibility.
Once production has started, changes may not be possible. Any approved changes may affect pricing, production schedules, estimated availability, or delivery timing.
Shipping and Warehouse Pickup
Product prices do not include freight shipping unless otherwise stated.
Freight charges will be quoted separately based on the delivery address and shipping requirements.
For warehouse pickup, we will contact you when your order is ready. Customers should not arrive for pickup until they have received confirmation from CampOne.
Fulfilled or Shipped Orders
Once an order has been fulfilled, shipped, or collected from our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled under this Pre-Order Cancellation Policy.
Any return, replacement, or refund request after fulfillment will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Subscriptions and Try Before You Buy
CampOne does not currently offer subscription or try-before-you-buy purchase options.
If these purchase options are introduced in the future, this policy may be updated accordingly.

If you would like to cancel or modify a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and the email address associated with your order.
Cancellation requests are only eligible before the product enters production.
Once production has begun, pre-order payments and deposits are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
